Cooking / Re-Heating guidelines:

IF FROZEN, DEFROST THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE, AND DO NOT RE-FREEZE. DEFROST IN REFRIGERATOR – CONSUME WITHIN 24 HOURS.

COOKING / RE-HEATING:

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Remove the sleeve and the pierce film lid, place on baking tray. Bake for

15 minutes. Stir after cooking. Heat to serving temperature of 75 °C. Leave to stand for 1 minute.

MICROWAVE: Place into microwave on plate. Heat on full power for 650 watts - 7 minutes / 750 watts – 6 minutes / 850 watts - 5 minutes until product temperature of 75°C is achieved. Stir after cooking. Leave stand for 1 minute.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: If chilled, keep refrigerated 0°C to 5°C. If frozen, keep frozen below -18°C. Suitable for home freezing, use within one month of freezing. Defrost fully before use, do not refreeze once defrosted.
