Ingredients – Water, Broccoli, Potato [Preservative: SODIUM METABISULPHITE], Turnip, CELERY, Onion, Spinach, Vegetable Bouillon [Sea salt, Dried Organic Vegetables: Carrot, Onion, Parsnip, Chive, Kale, Parsley, Lovage Root, Garlic, Lovage Leaves, Coriander, Turmeric, Fennel, Fenugreek, Caraway, Ginger, Sweet Pepper, Cinnamon, Chilli, Nutmeg, Fenugreek Seed, Pimento, Dill], Salt, White Pepper.

Cooking / Re-Heating guidelines:

General: heating times may vary with the appliances – the following are a guide only. Shake gently before heating.

Hob: Pour contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not allow to boil. Serve at 75. Leave to stand for 1 minute.

Microwave: Remove lid. Pierce film. Place into microwave on plate. Heat on full power to 5 minutes (750 watts), 4.5 minutes (800 watts), 4 minutes (900 watts), until product temperature of 75°C is achieved. Stir after cooking. Leave stand for 1 minute.

Storage instruction: If chilled, keep refrigerated 0°C to 5°C. This product is not suitable for home freezing.
